I'm currently Head of Product at Urban Sports Club, where I lead product strategy and development for one of Europe's leading sports and wellness platforms.
Beyond my day job, I work as an advisor to startups in AI and deep tech, helping them navigate product strategy, growth, and team scaling. I also coach product managers and leaders who want to sharpen their craft and accelerate their careers.
I speak at conferences and events about product leadership, AI, and building resilient organizations in the age of rapid technological change.
Personal
Born in Egypt, now living in Berlin with my wife and two daughters.
When I'm not working, you'll find me running ultra distances, exploring new technology and AI tools, or spending time with my kids.
I believe in people over process, leadership that empowers rather than controls, and that the best work comes from teams that feel supported and trusted.
I also believe that endurance—whether in product building or life—is about consistent effort over time, not heroic sprints.
